Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in transportation.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of Operations Managers and On-Site Coordinators to ensure service quality.
• Ensure transportation services exceed customer expectations while meeting budgeted financial goals.
• Lead customer relationship efforts with clients and conduct quarterly service reviews.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure customer metrics are met or exceeded.
• Manage recruitment and resources to support service delivery across assigned geography.
