Job summary

USPack is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to oversee a $10M-$15M revenue portfolio across assigned geography. You will lead a team of Operations Managers and On-Site Coordinators to deliver service excellence and margin expansion.

You will build strong customer relationships through quarterly reviews, monitor KPIs, and resolve issues swiftly while driving recruiting, compliance, and driver pay initiatives to optimize overall performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of transportation experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of transportation experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database software.
• Valid driver's license, clean vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; travel up to 50%.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual salary of $88,000.
