• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and weather; some locations are outside loading or refrigerated.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and overnight shifts.
