Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in Rossford, OH to lead a team of hourly staff and drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will engage and mentor the workforce during shifts to meet customer delivery promises across the three-mile/three-stage workflow (First, Middle, Last mile).

The role requires 2+ years of people management, a Bachelor's or equivalent, and flexible scheduling including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
