Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years management experience in a service-related industry, preferably janitorial.
• Business level oral and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to lead and encourage teamwork; resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Hire and assign janitorial personnel; manage performance and development.
• Champion the company values and culture.
• Assign duties and inspect work for cleanliness; review quality.
• Plan schedules while keeping within labor budget.
• Provide safety and job training for hourly staff.
• Prepare time sheets, reports, and work orders.
• Foster open communication and coach employees to success.
• Build relationships with customers by visiting accounts regularly.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document customer contacts and follow up on concerns.
• Monitor accounts for additional work opportunities.
• Ensure Quality Control site visits are completed and recorded.
• Spend time at accounts to support outcomes.
