Stord seeks an Area Manager II to lead a warehouse team in Kentucky, driving daily goals, inventory accuracy, and safe operations. You will collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to optimize processes and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities include workload planning, discrepancy investigations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment, with overtime as needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) / inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Basic clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to drive tasks to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all management levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances; maintain quality standards across functions.
