Salary ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 plus bonus, with opportunities for long-term growth. Travel is required; days, nights, weekends, and some holidays may be necessary as the market expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful restaurant General Manager experience.
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• Hands-on, people-focused leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
• Oversee operations, staffing, budgets, P&L performance, labor, and cost controls.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on operational support.
• Recruit and develop future leaders.
• Support new restaurant openings and company-wide initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and product standards.
