Job summary

Grower Direct Farms Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead 8–12 retail locations across the Brockton/Boston area, directing Field Supervisors and Merchandisers to achieve labor, accuracy, and profitability targets.

You will collaborate with Regional Managers and retail partners to execute merchandising excellence, staffing plans, and promotional events, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• Experience supervising leaders.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of Field Supervisors and Merchandisers; supervise and coach weekly.
• Oversee territory performance: labor hours, payroll accuracy, profitability, and store coverage.
• Plan staffing, recruiting Field Supervisors, and seasonal staffing.
• Ensure inventory management, safety compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Maintain customer relationships with Store Managers and retail leadership.
• Coordinate territory visits, promotions, and labor resource allocation.
• Produce operational reports and territory reviews.
