Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in Frisco, TX. You will lead an hourly team to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while ensuring on-time deliveries to customers.

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business objectives and manage operations across First/Middle/Last mile workflows. A valid driver's license and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Valid and active USA state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and handle variable temperatures.
