Job summary

Amazon Area Manager, Early Career in Indiana is a full-time, on-site leadership role within an Amazon operations facility. You will lead a team of hourly associates, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and mentor staff to meet daily goals.

The position includes extensive training, a clear path for growth, and shifts that may include nights and weekends. Relocation benefits are available for eligible sites across Indiana.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a bachelor's or master’s degree.
• Preferred qualifications include strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Walk the floor to stay connected with the team and ensure safety and productivity.
• Lead shift meetings and handoffs to ensure smooth operations across the site.
