Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (all degree requirements met before first day).
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s program is preferred (Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Willing to regularly work nights, weekends, and holidays with a 4-day work week pattern.
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages, operate PIT equipment.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a noisy warehouse setting.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and climb stairs when applicable.
• Wrap up administrative tasks and hand off with clear priorities.
