Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, completed before start date.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Enrollment in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently and on an autonomous floor.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours; night, weekend, holidays as business needs.
• Oversee deliveries, sort packages, operate PIT equipment as applicable.
• Lead shift huddles, set goals, safety priorities and focus areas.
• Review performance data and hand off priorities to next shift.
