Job summary

This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree (in progress preferred) and strong communication, customer focus, and leadership abilities. Expect shifts that include nights and weekends, with relocation considerations as applicable.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience leading hourly teams in fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 50–100 Amazon Associates on the floor.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity across shifts.
• Coach staff and manage shift rotations including nights and weekends.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and other teams.
