Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Lead a team huddle to align on goals, safety priorities, and focus areas.
• Walk the floor regularly to stay connected with the team and keep operations smooth.
• Oversee deliveries, handle and sort packages, and operate PIT equipment as needed.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity while adjusting staffing as volume shifts.
• Wrap up shifts with clear handoffs and performance reviews.
