Job summary

BBSI is seeking an Area Manager to lead a multi-million dollar business unit, driving results for client companies and internal experts. You will oversee branch P&L, develop the client base, and build partnerships with owners and referral partners.

The role requires proven leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences across industries, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Record of successful leadership, including development of teams and individuals.
• Experience leading branch organization and driving continuous improvement.
• P&L responsibility and ability to drive profitability.
• Ability to write, develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience building relationships with business owners and referral partners.
• Previous ownership or ownership mentality.
• Stakeholder mentality with proactive and consistent results for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts.
• Drive results for BBSI with P&L responsibility for the branch, increasing market share and profitability.
• Develop and manage a network of referral partners and relationships with business owners and executives.
• Write, develop and deliver successful presentations to individuals and groups at all levels.
• Oversee branch P&L and guide business development efforts to achieve client and organizational objectives.
