You will drive revenue growth, manage risk, coach on loan structuring, and collaborate with Chase Wealth Management and other lines of business to deliver client-centric solutions. This role also emphasizes building a diverse, high-performing team and community leadership.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business lending
• Expert knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels
• Analyze reports and data to identify trends and opportunities
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and lead through change
• Balance client needs with risk and use disciplined time management
• Travel occasionally for key meetings and training

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of BRMs to grow deposits, cash management, and credit business
• Manage performance and ensure achievement of priorities with focus on client experience and risk management
• Oversee area revenue, profitability, and compliance with credit quality and risk protocols
• Coach team on portfolio management, loan structuring, pricing, and solutions
• Connect clients with specialists to meet financial goals
• Build cross-line relationships to foster a One Chase, client-centric approach
• Recruit and retain top talent by fostering an inclusive team environment
