Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience; in‑person required
• Expert knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services and business credit underwriting
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
• Analyze reports, metrics, and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and lead through change
• Balance clients' needs with firm risk using disciplined time management
• Travel occasionally for key business and leadership meetings and training

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BRMs within a territory to develop new deposit, cash management, and credit business with focus on relationship building, client experience and risk management
• Manage performance of individual team members and ensure achievement of business priorities
• Oversee area revenue and profitability while monitoring credit quality and regulatory compliance
• Coach and develop team on portfolio management, relationship management, profitability, and pricing
• Connect clients with specialists to meet financial goals
• Build cross‑line partnerships to foster a One Chase client‑centric environment
• Actively recruit and retain top talent with an inclusive team culture
