Woodmont Health Campus is seeking an Area Manager who will lead the operations of multiple healthcare practices in the Evansville area. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the success of each practice, including clinical and operational management, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
This position requires an Associate Degree, 3-5 years of experience, and a valid state license. The Area Manager will support program development, and quality improvement while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
The Area Manager is the regional senior leader, supporting the operations of multiple practices throughout a region. The incumbent plans, directs, coordinates and supervises all program activities in the region to ensure that company and customer goals are met. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribute to company‑wide program development, quality improvement, problem solving, productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross departmental and interdisciplinary environment.

Must hold applicable valid and unencumbered state license. Current CPR Certification for healthcare providers through CPR training that includes hands‑on practice and in‑person skills assessment preferred.
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co‑workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
