Synchrony Rehab is seeking a seasoned Area Manager to support the operations of multiple practices throughout a region. The incumbent plans, directs, coordinates and supervises all program activities in the region to ensure that company and customer goals are met. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribute to company‑wide program development, quality improvement, problem solving, productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross‑departmental and interdisciplinary environment.
Must hold applicable valid and unencumbered state license.
Current CPR Certification for healthcare providers through CPR training that includes hands‑on practice and in‑person skills assessment preferred.
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co‑workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
