Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for Retail Sales to oversee 12-14 store locations and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service. This fast-paced role combines leadership, merchandising, and operational oversight.

You will lead Store Leaders, manage budgets, and drive sales growth, with a 12-month training program and potential for multiple career paths within the company. Relocation may be required in due course.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or 5+ years of district/regional retail management experience.
• Experience staffing, training and supervising Store Leaders.
• Willingness to relocate after training.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and manage 12-14 stores.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders.
• Implement merchandising programs, control cash and inventory, motivate and build teams.
• Focus on profit and loss management including budget planning and cost control.
• Set performance goals and monitor results with upper management.

Bachelor's / 4-year degree in a related field
