Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as needed and supervise the store when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Associates and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep work areas clean at all times.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes and loss prevention initiatives.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and back room areas.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control, and front-end procedures.
