Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and loss prevention procedures.
• Manage floor pace and front-end operations to reduce customer wait times.
• Assist with payroll administration and scheduling as assigned.
