Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to guide decisions.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to onboard, train, and develop them for success.
• Identify talent and plan staffing to support leadership pipelines.
• Provide candid feedback and coaching to ensure Meijer standards.
• Oversee area operations and financial performance, including scheduling and budgets.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to Meijer policies.
