Job summary

CAVA in the United States is seeking an Area Leader to direct operational processes for an assigned area, overseeing 6–8 Restaurant General Managers and partnering with senior leaders to ensure profitability and brand standards.

You will translate strategy into coaching, manage P&L oversight, drive performance, and build talent across markets while maintaining guest and team experiences and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple restaurants and driving P&L performance.
• Hands-on management style with strong coaching abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead GM leadership team to drive growth and brand standards.
• Uphold guest and team member experience while ensuring profitability.
• Translate business strategy into day-to-day execution with coaching.
• Oversee planning, prep, and performance analysis of restaurant P&Ls in area.
• Execute programs and initiatives across the field.
• Develop internal leaders and attract top external talent.
• Guide operations to tie metrics to processes and continuous improvement.
