Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Area Leader to direct operational processes for multiple restaurants. You’ll supervise 6–8 GM reports, coach leaders, and ensure adherence to brand standards while driving guest experience and profitability.

You’ll translate strategy into daily actions, oversee P&L planning, and implement programs across the field. The role requires multi-unit restaurant leadership, hands-on management, strong communication, and analytical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on management style with leading by example.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to identify trends, make operational decisions and solve problems.
• Proficient in PC use and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GM leadership team to support and enable company growth.
• Uphold the CAVA brand standards, enhance guest and team member experience, and profitability.
• Translate strategy into day-to-day execution with coaching for GMs.
• Oversee restaurant P&L planning, prep, and performance analysis in the area.
• Execute programs introduced to the field and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop internal leaders and attract high-potential external candidates.
• Guide Operations to connect metrics with business processes and improvements.
• Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Set objectives and systems to improve consistency and synergy across restaurants.
• Collaborate with peer Area Leaders to ensure market consistency.
