Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Area Leader in Virginia Beach to provide direction and execute operational processes for assigned restaurants. This multi-unit leader will oversee 6–8 General Managers and collaborate with other leaders to keep CAVA profitable and guest-focused.

You will coach GMs, translate strategy into daily actions, analyze P&L performance, and drive programs across the field while building talent and promoting high standards.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit restaurant management experience required.
• Hands-on leadership style and leading by example.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GM team to drive growth and execution.
• Uphold brand standards while boosting guest and team experience and profits.
• Translate strategy into day-to-day actions with coaching for GMs.
• Oversee P&L planning, prep, and performance in the area.
• Execute field programs and initiatives.
• Develop internal leaders and attract high-potential external candidates.
• Guide Operations to link metrics with processes and improvement.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Improve consistency and synergy across restaurants.
• Collaborate with other Area Leaders for market alignment.
