Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Area Leader for Coastal Virginia Garden to direct operations and supervise 8-10 Restaurant General Managers. You will translate strategy into daily actions, coach leaders, and drive guest experience and profitability.

This hands-on role emphasizes strong communication, analytical decision-making, and leadership by example within a casual, growth-oriented environment. Benefits include a 401k plan and leave policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management style; lead by example.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and make decisions.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GM leadership team to support and enable growth goals.
• Uphold the standards and reputation of the CAVA Brand while enhancing guest and team member experience and profitability.
• Translate business strategy into day-to-day execution with coaching and feedback for GMs.
• Oversee restaurant P&L planning, preparation and performance analysis in the assigned area.
• Execute programs introduced to the field.
• Develop internal leaders and attract external high-potential talent.
• Guide Operations leaders to connect metrics with business processes and continuous improvement strategies.
• Foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Identify objectives and systems to improve consistency and synergy across restaurants.
• Partner with peers to ensure market-wide consistency.
