Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Area Leader to guide 6–8 General Managers across multiple restaurants. You will drive profitability, uphold brand standards, and mentor leaders to achieve growth goals. This role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and meticulous operational oversight.

You’ll translate strategy into day-to-day actions, coach leaders, and analyze P&L results to optimize performance across the area. A collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 6–8 GMs in a multi-unit environment.
• Hands-on management style and leading by example.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to drive profitability and ops decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GM leadership team to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure GMs uphold brand standards, guest and team experiences, and profitability.
• Translate strategy into daily execution with coaching and feedback.
• Oversee P&L analysis and program execution across the area.
• Develop internal leaders and attract top external talent.
