The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in multi-unit management within the QSR sector and a proven ability to drive financial performance. Attractive salary of $85,000 – $95,000 plus performance bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environments.
• Proven capability to manage COGS and Labor effectively.
• Ability to lead by example and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee locations in Amarillo and Canyon, focusing on operational control.
• Mentor General Managers and foster team growth.
