Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit experience in QSR or Fast-Casual.
• Strong financial acumen; able to navigate a P&L effortlessly.
• A passion for coaching and building people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple units to ensure high-volume performance and brand compliance.
• Coach GMs to develop them into future Area Supervisors.
• Analyze weekly prime costs and implement cost corrections.
• Maintain cleanliness and service speed during peak times.
