Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting partners with a respected restaurant group to hire an Area Supervisor. This role oversees daily operations across multiple locations, develops GM teams, drives guest satisfaction, and improves profitability through coaching and hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multi-unit management in QSR or fast-casual settings, strong financial acumen, and a track record of building high-performing teams. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop GM teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve goals.
• Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor standards and execution.
• Analyze financial performance and implement profitability and sales growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
• Champion guest-first culture and lead local marketing and community initiatives.

Area Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance-based decisions
• Proven record of improving operations and developing management teams
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between locations

Area Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience in a similar restaurant brand environment
• Familiarity with operational systems such as Workforce Management, KVS, or Team Scheduling
• ServSafe certification or equivalent

Area Supervisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across multiple locations
• Support, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve performance goals
• Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor standards, service, and operational execution
• Analyze financial performance and implement plans for profitability and sales growthEnsure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and all health and safety regulations
• Champion a guest-first culture while leading local marketing and community initiatives
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support successful roll-out of new initiatives
