Job summary

MarcJax is seeking a District Manager to oversee our operations in the Jasper, GA area. The ideal candidate is a high-energy leader with over 3 years of Multi-Unit Management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.

You will manage multiple high-volume locations, drive sales growth, and develop General Managers. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 – $95,000 per year, along with health benefits and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Multi-Unit/District Management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual industry.
• Proven track record of hitting financial targets and developing successful General Managers.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for several high-volume locations.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor General Managers.
• Manage district P&L, identifying trends and costs.
• Conduct regular site visits and health/safety audits.
• Identify market opportunities and streamline operations.
