Sign-on Bonus: A $2,500 bonus is offered to all external hires, paid in two installments: half after 3 months, and the remainder after 9 months.
Territory: Montgomery, AL and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates should reside in the Montgomery metro area.
This is a remote work position with travel to policy sites (approximately 3-4 days a week) using a company vehicle (personal use with gas and maintenance covered). Inspections will be conducted onsite and virtually. Depending on claim volume, additional territories may be supported in a desk adjuster capacity.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates outside a 50-mile radius.

Reports to Claims Manager. Requires a degree or equivalent experience, state licensing, and claims certification. Must be able to inspect rooftops safely and conduct physical inspections, including climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.
Work conditions include standard office or field environments, with potential irregular hours, travel, and CAT response. Background and credit checks are mandatory due to fiduciary responsibilities.
