NiSource is seeking an Area Field Leader for Electric Operations to lead a frontline team in the Transmission & Distribution system. You will guide safety practices, performance coaching, and emergency response while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

The role requires supervising front-line workers, coordinating with internal/external groups, and managing budgets and resources for optimal operational execution. 24/7 on-call availability is expected.

Competenze

• HS Diploma/GED
• Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations
• Strong knowledge of on-the-job safety and compliance requirements
• Ability to motivate stakeholders with varying priorities to accomplish goals
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to coach and develop employees
• Familiarity with technologies used for daily tasks
• Occasional duties of department manager
• Overtime/overnight travel may be required
• Complete clearance requests per General Orders
• Regional standby rotations
• Basic electrical concepts understanding
• Direct teams to meet customer commitment goals
• Experience with ITOA/OMS/NIMS/Salesforce/GIS software
