• Manages field representatives responsible for multiple Customer Service field operations activities
• Audits contractor work and ensures contractor compliance
• Executes Demand Side Management (DSM) operational goals for Residential and Business programs
• Implements process improvements and redesign changes to the organization
• Ensures ongoing optimization and utilization of field resources
• Drives a work environment that supports the Zero Today philosophy for injuries and vehicle accidents
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
