You’ll coach frontline staff, manage training, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with internal and external groups. Strong safety compliance, emergency decision making, and proficiency with OMS/NIMS/Salesforce are essential.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to make sound decisions in emergencies.
• Strong knowledge of safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to motivate stakeholders with varying priorities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Experience with standby rotations.
• Willingness to travel out of town/overnight.
• Experience with outage restoration and meeting CAIDI/SAIDI/SAIFI goals.
