Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC in Dayton, OH invites a commercial Area Sales Manager I to build relationships with architects, engineers and contractors for CITY MULTI VRF systems and other METUS products.

You will deliver presentations, support project pipelines, and maintain CRM records while traveling up to 40% to meet clients and training teams. A mechanical engineering background and HVAC domain familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years technical sales experience.
• Familiarity with local HVAC commercial sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors to educate on CITY MULTI VRF systems and other METUS products.
• Deliver educational presentations to architects, engineers, contractors, and commercial sales channels.
• Occasional job site visits to support customers and service teams.
• Participate in local professional networking groups and trade shows.
• Enter and maintain customer info, activities, and quotations in CRM systems.
• Manage project pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce.
• Willing to travel up to 40% for meetings and training.
• Other duties as assigned.
