Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Area HSE Manager to lead high-performing EHS teams across a geographical area and align safety strategy with field execution on construction and operational sites.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic advising to leadership, and expert knowledge of safety standards. Travel up to 25% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 10 years related experience plus ASP certification or 13 years relevant experience and SMS.
• Willingness to spend 80% on active construction sites.
• Strong safety leadership across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitors progress and performance of multiple teams and safety programs, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Plans and assigns work for team members.
• Establishes and prioritizes a culture that identifies, teaches, and develops future leaders and wider safety members.
• Coach, manage, and develop EHS leaders to build organizational capability and address performance gaps.
• Aligns corporate safety strategy with field execution across multiple construction sites.
• Represents Rosendin in external committees and industry events.
• Ensure communication between corporate EHS leadership, field teams, and stakeholders.
