Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 8 years related experience plus ASP certification or 11 years relevant experience and SMS.
• 80% of working time on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and performance of multiple teams and safety programs; take corrective action.
• Plan and assign work for team members.
• Identify, teach, and develop future leaders and wider safety members.
• Coach and manage HSE professionals to build capability and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Align corporate safety strategy with field execution across sites.
• Assess training needs and develop targeted programs for teams and project sites.
• Facilitate communication between corporate EHS leadership and field teams.
• Promote accountability across leadership levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all project phases.
