Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an Area HSE Manager to lead high‑performing EHS teams across multiple construction sites, ensuring alignment between corporate safety strategy and field execution.

You will coach leaders, develop programs, identify training needs, and coordinate with corporate EHS, field teams, and subcontractors to drive accountability, resilience, and a safe, productive project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A 4-year related degree with 10 years of experience, or 13 years of relevant experience with SMS.
• Experience leading EHS programs on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing EHS teams.
• Align safety strategy with field execution across multiple sites.
• Coach and develop EHS leaders to address performance gaps.
• Represent Rosendin in external committees, industry events, and professional groups.
• Drive accountability for safety performance across leadership.
• Identify training needs and develop targeted programs for teams and project sites.
