Qualifications

• 4-year related degree and 8 years related experience plus ASP certification or 11 years relevant experience and SMS.
• Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and safety programs across project sites.
• Coach and develop HSE professionals to build capability and leadership pipelines.
• Align corporate safety strategy with field execution across construction sites.
• Provide proactive safety insights to senior leadership on risks and trends.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and participate in pre-construction meetings.
