Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior HSE Manager to lead multiple teams and leaders of leaders across high-profile projects. You will mentor junior staff, drive health & safety programs, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards at multiple sites.

You will partner with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to foster a safe, productive environment, while advancing talent development and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced construction setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year related degree; 8+ years experience or 11+ years with SMS; ASP cert a plus.
• Able to coach and develop leaders, manage teams, and build talent pipelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop multiple safety programs across project sites.
• Coach and mentor HSE professionals and field leaders.
• Align safety strategy with field execution and training needs.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with EHS teams, governance, and customers on risk reduction.
