Strong HR generalist experience, ADP Workforce Now proficiency, and a passion for process improvement are essential. You will manage payroll changes in ADP, maintain employee files, answer benefits questions, and support

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a similar HR role with solid HR administration knowledge.
• Travel to Dayton, OH and the Home Office in Brea, CA required.
• Experience with outside payroll companies such as Paychex or ADP; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick learner of HRIS systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee new hire onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper ADP setup and filing.
• Provide HR support to employees and answer questions on benefits, timecards, policies, and more.
• Monitor HR inbox, route escalations, and respond to basic inquiries; forward complex questions to managers.
• Process Payroll Change Notices and HRIS updates in ADP Workforce Now; generate ad hoc reports.
• Assist Fleet Manager with workers’ comp and auto insurance claim support; monitor statuses.
