Qualifications

• Requires 1-3 years in hospitality or facilities with leadership exposure in housekeeping operations
• Proven decision-making ability under pressure in dynamic environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and coach across all levels
• Ability to adapt leadership style to changing business needs
• Commitment to inclusive, high-performing workplace culture
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with focus on accountability
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety protocols, SDS, and biohazard cleanup procedures

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance and service excellence
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and ensure team alignment and timely delivery
• Maintain service standards within the department to meet guest expectations and goals
• Oversee cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Manage payroll and other administrative duties with accuracy and compliance
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to staff
• Address guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned
