Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the housekeeping team and guest experience. You will refresh, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms to high standards, restock supplies, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced casino environment.

This role requires 3+ months of hospitality or cleaning experience, strong communication, and teamwork, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction on The STRAT property.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
