Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field (or clinical equivalent).
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work is highly preferred.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities).
• Support referral growth by educating sources on services and program requirements to help navigate post-acute care transitions.
• Promote exceptional quality and patient/referral source satisfaction.
