You will lead a multi-site organization, champion safety and compliance, and partner with HR to ensure staffing and development.

Competenze

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in general management, field operations, or service leadership.
• 3+ years direct multi-site oversight.
• 5+ years P&L accountability for a business unit or area.
• 5+ years in supervisory or middle-management roles.

Mansioni

• Lead the local NY/NJ area business strategy and financial performance.
• Drive growth across new construction, controls, building automation, retrofits, and services.
• Ensure safe, high-quality project delivery and strong customer satisfaction.
• Build and develop branch leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain executive relationships with marquee accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.
