Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics or a related field.
• Must obtain Texas Class A Commercial Driver’s License within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, routing, and driver assignments for logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company policies.
• Lead staff, conduct performance reviews, and enforce disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and vendors to maintain efficient routes.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Maintain training and regulatory records for DOT compliance.
