Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Facilities Operations leader to oversee preventative maintenance, national programs, and service delivery across hundreds of stores. This role drives efficiency through KPI reviews, budget analysis, and governance.

You will lead a team of coordinators and technicians, coordinate with outsourced providers, and conduct field site visits to ensure regulatory compliance and performance against SLAs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of P3 professionals and ~23 technicians.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, national programs, equipment, and facilities operations.
• Experience in KPI review, invoices, disputes, PM regulations, and compliance governance.
• Ability to oversee outsourced service providers and audits of third-party invoices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance, specialized services, and national programs.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across ~350 stores.
• Lead Program Coordinators, technicians, and outsourced providers.
• Govern open work orders, KPI reviews, and budget explanations.
• Audit invoices and ensure regulatory compliance across sites.
• Manage relationships with outsourced providers for equipment, property and services.
• Drive cost reductions through budget-versus-actual analysis and BI insights.
• Conduct field site visits and service-provider reviews for SLAs.
• Represent Facilities in meetings with Operations, Franchisees, and stakeholders.
