Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and experience delivering consultative client experiences.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent client experience across 4–6 offices, ensuring disciplined, high‑quality service.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; use insights to close gaps and raise standards.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with visible client‑centric leadership.
• Drive revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
